Grandnan’s Picnic Favorites

Food memories seem to stick with us the most, so we try to plan special eating experiences. This includes themed snacks, traditional family favorites, and meals out at a restaurants with a memorable menu item or atmosphere.

Picnics can be more fun than restaurants for kids, and are a good way to break up a long car ride. We always have a pocket picnic blanket and snacks packed in case we stumble upon that perfect spot. Grandkids have room to wander, and sometimes Grandbuck manages to squeeze in a nap!
